GENERAL Prayer for Salvation
Heavenly Father, have mercy on me, a sinner. I believe in You and that Your Word is true. I believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, who taught how to be righteous obedient children of the living God, and that He was obedient unto death to take away our fear of dying at the hands of men, if necessary, rather than disobeying our Creator God. I know that without Your instructions written in my heart, and the guiding of Your Holy Spirit/Breath/Words, my life is meaningless.
I believe in my heart that You, Father, Creator God, raised Yeshua Messiah from the dead. Please, Heavenly Father, forgive me for every sin I have ever committed or desired in my heart. Please teach me Your instructions daily the way Yeshua Messiah lived, and write them on my heart, my soul, my mind, and my spirit so I may, from this day forward, live a life that is pleasing to You. I need You to be my Father and my Friend.
I give You my life and ask You to take full control from this moment on. Help me daily seek Your Kingdom and righteousness. Help me bring You honor, and glorify Your holy name. I pray these things are according to the teachings of Yeshua Messiah. Amen.
Follow-up
If you have prayed this prayer, please understand that Salvation is a lifestyle, a life-long commitment to love the Creator God and love others. One of the best ways to begin learning how to please Him is to start reading the Bible, (in John, to begin with, or in Deuteronomy) to get to know more about Yeshua (or Jesus in Greek translated into English) and Father God. Pray daily and worship the Father, Creator God, focusing on His Holy Scriptures.
Find a fellowship that has sound Biblical teaching that you can join and grow in your faith. Beware that everyone in different fellowships is at different places on this journey, with different understandings of Scripture. One of the goals would not be to find a fellowship where everyone agrees fully with your current understanding of Scripture, but to find a fellowship where you may grow in faithfulness and righteous, loving obedience, while drawing closer to our Father.
And when we run across each other as resurrected righteous beings, please be sure to introduce me to your child(ren).

Heavenly Father, have mercy on me, a sinner. I believe in You and that Your Word is true. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, and that He died on the cross so that I may now have forgiveness for my sins and eternal life. I know that without You in my heart, my life is meaningless.
I believe in my heart that You, Lord God, raised Christ from the dead. Please, Jesus, forgive me for every sin I have ever committed or done in my heart. Please, Lord Jesus, forgive me and come into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior today. I need You to be my Father and my Friend.
I give You my life and ask You to take full control from this moment on; I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
